Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is hiring a Talking Therapies Counsellor for Depression at Band 6/7. The post is hybrid, with up to two days of face-to-face sessions, and runs over four days from 8am to 6pm.

Accreditation with a recognised counselling body is essential, with support to gain Counselling for Depression qualification if needed. The role offers progression opportunities within a forward-looking primary care mental health service, funded by NHS Trust.

Competenze

• Accreditation with BACP or other recognised counselling body is essential.
• CFD High Intensity Practitioner accreditation is required or funded to achieve.
• DIT (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy) qualification welcomed.
• Enthusiasm, confidence and ability to work flexibly with limited direction are essential.
