Job summary

Markel Corporation is seeking a Talent Specialist to shape and deliver Early Careers programmes across the UK, Europe and Asia. You’ll design, deliver and continuously improve initiatives to attract, engage and develop graduates, apprentices, interns and placement students.

You will use data and AI tools to enhance candidate experiences, build dashboards and report insights to drive continuous improvement and workforce planning decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in talent development or early careers programmes within a fast-moving, international business.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programmes (recruitment cycle, assessments, inductions, onboarding, cohort coordination) on-site and remote.
• Assist in designing and evaluating programmes to build business capability.
• Act as ambassador for the Markel employer brand with engaging candidate experiences at all touchpoints.
