Job summary

Four core in‑office days with optional Friday remote work; occasional evenings and weekends required. Salary £33,000–£37,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering theatre training programmes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Young Company training programme culminating in a brand new production.
• Deliver a Directors Training Programme with a training course, shadowing, and a showcase event.
• Deliver the Young Disruptors trainee producing programme with public events.
