MARCH is seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in the Northwest, with national travel as required. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to attract talent that matches our group objectives and longer-term needs.

This hybrid role involves managing a volume of hires across multiple functions, building strong pipelines, and using market insight to speed up time-to-hire while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment across multiple roles and industries.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable hiring plans.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Familiarity with engineering/nuclear sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a volume, multi-discipline workload across divisions/functions.
• Qualify resource requirements with hiring managers and convert to tailored recruitment plans.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment against clear goals for time to hire, shortlist quality and direct sourcing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, use market and candidate insight to inform best approach.
• Develop a compelling pitch to engage active and passive candidates; CV to hire ratio optimization.
• Ensure approvals and commercial processes are adhered to; support hiring managers as needed.
• Continually challenge how we recruit, bring new ideas and sourcing approaches.
• Identify right attraction routes for each role (job boards, careers site, social networks).
• Use recruitment data to report progress and inform decisions.
