Job summary

Birmingham Hippodrome is seeking a Systems & Technology Administrator to support two core systems, PointOne EPOS and Artifax venue management, plus related commercial projects. You’ll collaborate with staff across departments, maintain data standards, and develop user guides to streamline workflows.

The role includes hybrid work and occasional after-hours project deployments. You will help staff engage with systems, run standard reports, and contribute to the internal roadmap for tech

Qualifications

• Experience with EPOS, CRM, venue management and stock control systems.
• Ability to deploy cloud-based solutions and use Planner or similar tools.
• Experience delivering user training and creating user guides.
• Proven project administration skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PointOne and Artifax systems, including pricing, discounts and menus.
• Support Stock Manager auditing software and data integrity for live stock.
• Manage calendar and data in Artifax; ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Deliver Artifax/PointOne training and create supporting documentation.
• Manage Jira Service Desk for related issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Produce reports and insights from PointOne/Artifax for stakeholders.
• Participate in innovation by evaluating new tech and optimizing workflows.
• Keep systems updated and champion standardisation across the business.
