Job summary

Leidos UK & Europe seeks a Systems Integration Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of network solutions within air traffic management and other highly regulated environments. You will guide architectural decisions and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver resilient, secure systems across the full engineering lifecycle.

This hybrid role in Whiteley requires the ability to obtain UK SC clearance and involves engagement with customers and suppliers to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience designing and integrating complex network solutions.
• Experience with safety-critical or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into architectural designs.
• Exposure to structured engineering and change-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of network solutions within complex programmes.
• Develop architectures meeting performance, resilience, security, and operational needs.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful integration.
• Provide technical leadership across the lifecycle.
• Evaluate technologies and advise on programme objectives.
• Support verification, validation, and acceptance activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and design trade-offs.
• Produce and review documentation to ensure maintainability.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to support delivery.
