Job summary

Cabot Learning Federation is seeking a proactive Systems Developer to join the central IT team. You will develop and support integrations between key systems, including HR platform, academy MIS and Active Directory, and help automate workflows across multiple sites.

The role offers hybrid working with flexible scheduling, spending time at Federation House, academy sites, and home. You will work on data pipelines into Microsoft Fabric to support reporting and analytics for pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT or computing qualifications at Level 3 or above or equivalent experience.
• Experience with information systems, databases and integrations.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, Python and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and support integrations between core information systems.
• Contribute to bespoke applications, scripts and automation processes.
• Assist with data integrations into the Microsoft Fabric data platform.
