SharkNinja is seeking a Supply Planning Associate in Leeds (Thorpe Park) for a 12-month FTC with hybrid work (3 days in the office).

The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels across Europe, interfacing with Commercial Planning, Sales and Operations, and Local Supply Planning teams. It suits someone early in their career with strong analytical skills and a desire to progress in supply/demand planning.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to optimize inventory flow.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge/experience in Supply Chain/Planning is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Domo is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound containers are routed to DCs to align stock with forecasts.
• Balance stock between B2B and B2C sub-inventories to meet sales plan.
• Coordinate with Sales/Order Management/Inbound Logistics and Country Logistics teams for smooth goods flow.
• Provide KPI reports and highlight blockages in processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant data.
• Be the first point of contact for stock and inventory queries.
