SharkNinja seeks a TTS Inventory & Planning Specialist (UK) in Leeds to own end-to-end inventory operations for the TikTok Shop. You’ll forecast demand, manage stock, and partner with Ops to protect GM% and ASP while shaping assortments and launches for maximum upside.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales analysis, demand planning, category management or financial analysis.
• Exposure to a fast-moving e-commerce, marketplace or DTC channel; demand is volatile and event-driven.
• Working knowledge of inventory planning mechanics (stock cover, allocation, phasing, launch sizing, out-of-stock mitigation).
• Ability to build scenario and sensitivity models and translate into buy or phasing recommendations.
• Strong experience with pivot tables, large datasets and data visualization; translate data into business insights.
• Fluency with BI and AI tools: Power BI or equivalent for reporting.
• Commercial judgement: read a P&L, understand GM% and ASP levers; make a bet-based case.

Responsibilities

• Own TTS inventory operations end to end, driven by forecast and commercial bets; spot out-of-stock risk ahead of time.
• Pressure-test the forecast through a supply lens; protect GM% and ASP.
• Coordinate with Ops on allocation, stock transfers and channel stocking to match forecast.
• Inform ops about expected spikes to scale warehouse and carrier capacity.
• Identify and manage excess or obsolete stock; plan bundling, live-event features or promotions.
• Plan launch volumes for new products; size launches and phase stock for first weeks sell-through.
• Shape TikTok Shop assortment strategy; spot gaps and review bets payback.
• Build demand scenarios and bet cases to steer range, buy and phasing decisions.
• Ensure inventory for live events and peak trading; model upside scenarios for availability.
• Establish clear planning cadences across cross-functional teams; ensure timely inputs.
