Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for a Peterborough hybrid role on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on aligning supply with demand, releasing purchase orders, and updating planning data to ensure timely product availability.

The candidate will engage with cross-functional teams, review planning parameters, and monitor lead times to maintain supply chain stability over the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of materials planning panels to ensure supply is aligned with demand.
• Release of new wholegoods purchase orders to ensure products will be available in time.
• Review of supplier order boards and update planning systems with relevant data.
• Manage change requests for purchase orders and re-schedule to meet better lead time.
• Provide accurate information to Customer order management teams so they can align planning dates.
• Frequently join end to end planning team meetings to review open order boards.
• Maintain good communication with plant account teams to ensure we are provided with accurate lead time information.
