Job summary

AVD Appoint is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for a Cornwall-based, hybrid role. You will head the purchasing department, lead two Buyers and manage day-to-day buying, including imports from Europe and the Far East. Travel may be required for supplier visits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing purchasing in construction, engineering or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of imports from Europe and the Far East.
• Experience with forecasting and managing consumables.

Responsibilities
