Job summary

H-Power is seeking an experienced Interim Supply Chain Administrator to support purchasing and procurement as our clean-energy technology business scales.

The role involves raising purchase orders, checking pricing and delivery schedules, and liaising with suppliers to resolve issues. You’ll work closely with production and engineering teams in a hybrid setup, ensuring material availability and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing administration, procurement support or similar.
• Confident in managing purchase orders and communicating with suppliers.
• Familiar with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders, check pricing, quantities and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, chase outstanding orders and resolve delivery queries.
• Monitor material availability and flag potential shortages before they affect production.
• Maintain purchasing records and support supplier pricing and cost control.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to keep purchasing on track.
