Job summary

DWF Law LLP in Manchester is seeking a Data Management Analyst to maintain supplier master data, ensure records are accurate and compliant with internal controls.

You'll work closely with Procurement and Finance to review supplier information, perform data quality checks and support continuous improvement of data governance.

This hybrid role requires three days in the Manchester office and offers the chance to develop specialist MDM expertise within a growing shared services environment.

At DWF, we're continuing to strengthen our data governance and supplier management capabilities across our Finance Shared Service Centre. As a Data Management Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of supplier data that supports key business operations across the Group. This is an opportunity to develop specialist expertise in master data management, gain exposure to Procurement and Finance functions, and build a long-term career within a growing shared services environment. Based in our Manchester office, this hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and validating supplier master data, ensuring records remain accurate, complete and compliant with internal controls and governance standards. You'll review supplier information, perform data quality checks, identify anomalies and engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate critical information, including banking details.

Working closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable and wider business teams, you'll support the ongoing improvement of data management processes and controls. You'll manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, provide excellent stakeholder support and contribute to the development of robust master data management practices that support operational efficiency across the business.

• Experience in a Master Data Management, Data Administration or similar data-focused role.
• Considerable attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
• Experience creating, maintaining and validating large volumes of data records.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging directly with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Considerable systems aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Experience managing supplier or vendor master data.
• Previous experience within Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable or a Shared Service Centre environment.
• Experience conducting data quality reviews, reconciliations and cleansing activities.
• Knowledge of data governance, controls and master data management best practices.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions and locations.
• Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement or process enhancements.
