Job summary

Howden is offering a paid Summer Internship in Romford within the Business Analyst team. You will start with a structured induction and then work with Underwriting, Claims, IT and Data teams to understand business needs.

No prior insurance experience is required, and you’ll gain hands-on experience across processes and customer outcomes. In your penultimate year of study, you will analyse data, gather requirements, test solutions and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student from any degree background.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support projects that improve processes, systems and customer experiences.

• Help gather requirements, test solutions and track project progress.
• Join stakeholder meetings and share your ideas and recommendations.
