Rolls‑Royce is seeking a MoD Secondment In-Service Submarines Design Authority Engineer (Lifecycle Engineer) based in Bristol with hybrid working (3 days in Abbey Wood). The role involves engaging with Enterprise Partners to manage medium-to-long term projects for the Design Authorities and ensuring submarine platforms meet availability and safety targets.

• Engineering or numerical degree required.
• Experience in UK Submarines Enterprise or similar environment.
• Familiar with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small projects from concept to delivery to improve submarine propulsion availability.
• Provide technical support and resolve queries across stakeholders.
• Embed best practices within SDA processes.
• Gather in-service data and feedback into future programmes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Travel to UK naval bases as needed.
