Job summary

JASA Talent in the United Kingdom is seeking a Structural Engineer in Wokingham to join a hybrid team. The role requires 5+ years post-graduate experience, chartered or near-chartered status, and a strong background in building structures using timber, masonry, steel, or reinforced concrete.

You will work with architects and other engineers through the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion, with mentorship offered to those pursuing chartership.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience in structural engineering on building structures/construction.
• Experience with timber, masonry, steel or reinforced concrete materials.
• Chartered status or near chartered.
• Experience in structural design and calculations.
• Site surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other structural engineers and architects on projects from start to finish.
• Design, analyse and perform calculations for building structures.
• Work on commercial and residential projects.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure projects run smoothly.
• Deliver designs and make amendments as needed.
• Carry out inspections.
