Edenred PayTech is hiring an Internal Communication & Engagement Partner to shape and deliver internal communications across Swindon and London. You will lead strategy, plan delivery, and ensure consistent brand messages company-wide.

You will develop plans to keep staff engaged, create compelling content, and collaborate with UK, Europe, and Mexico teams to align with mission and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal communications strategies and plans.
• Ability to develop messages aligned to values and priorities.
• Experience creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience advising senior colleagues on comms approaches.
• Hands-on with multiple internal channels (newsletter, intranet, internal publications).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategy.
• Create messages and scripts for staff audiences.
• Plan and evaluate a broad range of communications activities.
• Manage production and distribution of internal content.
• Maintain an internal communications calendar.
• Produce PayTech newsletter and event content.
• Measure and report on activities to stakeholders.
