Job summary

Edenred PayTech in Swindon and London is seeking a Comms & Engagement Partner to lead our internal communications and engagement strategy. You will develop plans, deliver engaging content, and work across the UK, Europe and beyond to keep staff informed and motivated.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will collaborate with senior partners, manage multiple channels, oversee newsletters, and help shape an engaging employee experience across a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal communications strategies and plans.
• Experience creating messages tailored to different audiences.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
