Job summary

Not For Profit People is recruiting a Fundraising Manager in London to grow income for a youth education charity. You will lead trusted grants, major gifts and trusts, while managing a Senior Fundraising Coordinator and maintaining CRM records.

The role is hybrid with attendance at the London office for meetings and events. You will secure six-figure grants, foster donor relationships, and write compelling proposals to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience securing six-figure grants from trusts and foundations.
• Experience delivering income growth through individual giving.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Experience line managing, coaching or mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Delivering income targets across trusts and foundations and individual giving.
• Securing new funding and developing existing donor relationships to encourage renewals and increased support.
• Writing persuasive funding applications, appeals, donor communications and impact reports.
• Planning donor engagement activities and supporting fundraising events.
• Managing donor pipelines, monitoring performance and providing accurate forecasts.
• Line managing and developing a Senior Fundraising Coordinator.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring fundraising activity meets relevant regulatory and data protection requirements.
