Job summary

Accountable Recruitment is partnering with a Warrington-based business to recruit a Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst. You will work with senior finance and operational leaders, translating numbers into commercial insight and supporting growth initiatives.

The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £50,000–£55,000 plus benefits. Newly qualified CIMA/ACCA candidates with strong Excel and Power BI skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or nearly qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant.
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Business partnering with the business development team, supporting with pricing and commercial packs.
• Produce monthly management information and commercial performance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of board and leadership reporting packs.
• Analyse revenue, margins, operating costs, and key business drivers.
• Develop financial models to support strategic projects and investment decisions.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Help develop and improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and dashboard capabilities.
• Contribute to business cases for new initiatives, projects, and growth opportunities.
• Assist with ad hoc commercial and strategic analysis as required.
