Job summary

Co-op Group in Manchester city centre is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is a full-time hybrid position, split between home and the office two days per week, with a salary of £26,500 to £30,350 and excellent benefits.

You will co-ordinate store-related activity, keeping actions on track and communicating with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Retail Operations and support functions to ensure smooth store operations and timely information.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with data, trackers and reporting to monitor progress and support decision-making.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• The ability to follow established processes whilst identifying opportunities to improve them.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate store-related activity, ensuring actions are tracked, communicated and completed to agreed timescales.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, responding to queries and providing updates on ongoing activity.
• Support the administration and maintenance of specialist processes, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Produce and maintain reports, trackers and communications to support effective coordination of activity.
• Ensure stores and stakeholders receive timely and accurate information to support operational delivery.
• Investigate and resolve routine issues, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
• Support reviews of activity to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring agreed processes and controls are followed.
• Contribute to a consistent approach across the team by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and promoting best practice.
