Job summary

Co-op Group in Manchester city centre is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to turn data into action. You’ll analyse store performance, availability and replenishment, and work to improve customer experience across our stores.

You’ll operate in a hybrid pattern, two days per week in the office, joining either Store Planning or Optimisation to support launches and resolve issues with cross‑functional teams. This permanent, full-time role offers £35,500–£38,500 per year; permanent, full-time, plus

Qualifications

Confidence working with data, able to spot trends and turn insights into action.
Ability to learn new systems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

Analyse store performance, availability, replenishment and data to identify trends and opportunities.
Investigate and resolve supply chain, systems and process issues, managing store queries and escalations to minimise disruption.
Provide operational support to stores, managing queries and escalations and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Work with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Property and Logistics teams to troubleshoot problems and support profitable sales.
Support new store openings and refits, ensuring data and processes are set up for launches.
Identify recurring themes and escalating significant issues with preventative actions.
Use SAP and other systems to analyse data and support informed decisions.
