Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd. is seeking a Development Executive to drive new commercial insurance business across South Wales from its Llantrisant base. You will develop your own portfolio, meet business owners, and close opportunities with insurers and broking colleagues.

The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days in the office. You should have commercial insurance broking experience and a proven ability to generate and win new business.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance broking experience required.
• Ability to generate and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial insurance business across South Wales.
• Develop your own pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Meet business owners and discuss risks to develop insurance solutions.
• Manage the new business process from initial contact to proposal and securing clients.
• Build a portfolio through retention and referrals for growth.
• Represent the brokerage in the regional market and broaden access to expertise.
• Focus on new business development to contribute to South Wales growth.
