Qualifications

• A-Levels or equivalent, preferably STEM, at grade 5 or above.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 5 or above.
• Must not already have CS at Level 4 or a Software Engineering Level 4 Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies to meet current needs and future challenges.
• Develop software applications as part of a Scrum team.
• Learn technical skills, write代码, conduct code reviews and testing.
• Work with Product Managers, Senior Engineers and Application Architects to shape new products and prioritise features.
• Take part in social activities, charity days, and cross-apprentice projects.
