Qualifications

• Minimum academic requirements include A-levels or equivalent and GCSE Maths/English.
• Exposure to coding or software development is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies to address needs.
• Develop software as part of a Scrum team.
• Write code, conduct reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to plan features.
• Contribute to design work and user experience discussions.
• Participate in social activities and peer learning opportunities.
