Job summary

Onefile Ltd, part of Harris Computer, is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a software development team in Manchester.

You will mentor engineers, drive delivery against priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership and collaboration with Product, QA and other stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, Agile experience and excellent communication to align multiple teams and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software development teams.
• Strong people management skills including coaching and mentoring.
• Experience coordinating engineering activities and managing priorities.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
