Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead software implementation projects in the North West. Hybrid role with 2 days in the office weekly, reporting into Sheffield or Warrington, with responsibilities across planning, delivery, and client coordination.

You will oversee IT projects, manage documentation, budgets, and risks, and work with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Experience delivering software projects and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project plans and allocate resources.
• Monitor progress, risks and KPIs; report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across internal teams and external consultants.
• Create and maintain project documentation (RAID, schedules, minutes).
• Present project status and KPI analyses to management and customers.
