JMG Group in Guiseley, Leeds, is seeking an SME Client Account Manager to drive growth and ensure FCA compliance across SME cover. You will manage client relationships, coordinate renewals, and work with insurers to secure the most suitable, cost-effective policies.

The role requires experience as an Account Handler in a broker environment, strong FCA knowledge, and IT skills (Acturis). Hybrid working is offered after settling in.

Competenze

• Experience in an Account Handler role within a broker environment.
• Working knowledge of most commercial insurance products.
• Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance.
• IT skills including Acturis.
• High level of accuracy in work output.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness.
• Willingness to work towards Cert CII or hold qualifications.

Mansioni

• Maintain client relationships with SME clients and provide tailored support.
• Engage in strategic planning and triage meetings with leadership for renewals.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in New Business, Renewals, MTAs, Claims and premium finance.
• Ensure all activity complies with FCA regulations and company policies.
• Promote exceptional customer care standards.
• Develop professional relationships with clients and insurers and provide expert guidance.
• Secure renewal business by re-broking to present best cover.
