• Solid knowledge of the insurance industry and commercial insurance.
• FCA compliance rules awareness and broking process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing of corporate client accounts alongside Client Executives.
• Apply insurance knowledge to policy wording, extensions and limitations.
• Maintain and update client records, invoicing and data on client systems.
• Negotiate with insurers and support client negotiations.
• Collaborate with team to write, renew and service client accounts end-to-end.
• Spot opportunities to offer additional services and products to clients.
