Job summary

A dynamic clean tech startup is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the build of uncrewed surface vessels. This role will involve managing budgets and schedules, providing leadership across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project alignment with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in marine engineering and strong knowledge of ship design processes. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in shipbuilding or marine engineering.
• At least 2 years in a product management or project leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ship design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the build of uncrewed surface vessels.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk for projects.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
