Job summary

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide first line support to staff and students, with deskside and remote assistance and a weekend rota to support teaching delivery.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with the Service Desk Team Leader and wider IT staff. Training is provided, and you will engage in ongoing professional development as part of your role.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the administrative systems in use at the school and wider University.
• Good all-round knowledge of modern computing systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to staff and students, predominantly customer facing.
• Deskside and remote support with tickets allocated through the service desk and internal processes.
• Occasional weekend work on a rota to support teaching delivery.
