Pod Point Limited is hiring a Service Designer in London. You will shape end-to-end electric living journeys, connecting digital products with hardware, data, installers and operations.

You’ll own service design across the customer lifecycle and work closely with product managers, engineers and operations to deliver tangible improvements. This hybrid role requires 1–2 days in the London office weekly, offering ownership of meaningful service challenges and opportunities to grow Pod’s service

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on service design experience.
• Experience designing complex services across tech, hardware and operations.
• Ability to map end-to-end customer journeys and back-end processes.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end services with blueprints and journey maps.
• Connect service ecosystem across people, systems and tools.
• Plan and run research with drivers, depot operators and internal teams.
• Turn insights into improved experiences and iterate.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations to balance needs.
