Job summary

Leonardo UK is hiring a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery, maintenance and improvement of platform and systems engineering solutions underpinning critical defence, government and public sector services. The role blends home and on-site work at a UK site to enable close collaboration with the wider team and customers.

You will coordinate service delivery, resolve issues, and drive service improvements while ensuring compliance, performance and resilience across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business services in secure or complex environments.
• Understanding of ITIL/DaT frameworks and governance.
• Ability to manage service issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with identity management and secure service principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of business services ensuring performance and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition with stakeholders for readiness.
• Monitor service performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Act as point of contact for service issues and escalations.
• Facilitate service reviews and contribute to improvement plans.
• Maintain service documentation and operational procedures.
• Contribute to service planning and roadmap development.
• Promote collaboration and a positive delivery culture.
