Job summary

Fletchers Solicitors Ltd is seeking a Solicitor/CILEX with a track record in serious injury work to support the lead fee earner. You will handle a complex caseload, including RTA, EL, PL and OL matters, from inception to conclusion.

The role requires proven experience in managing high-value cases with KPI-driven targets, excellent client care, and strong litigation skills across County and High Court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Grade C, CILEX or FCILEX.
• Proven track record in serious injury work, incl. high value claims.
• Experience in KPI targets, fees recovery and time recording.
• Litigation experience in County Court and High Court.

Responsibilities

• Progress cases in a timely, commercial manner in line with KPI targets.
• Handle pre- and post-issue procedures and pursue cases to conclusion.
• Assess liability early and manage prospects and costs.
• Draft court documents and witness statements; research points of law.
• Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, insurers; travel as needed.
• Attend Court and settlements; manage time recording and case files.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals; contribute to brand development.
• Maintain high levels of client care and quality standards.
