Additional Resources is seeking an SEO & GEO Specialist to join our design and digital marketing team in the United Kingdom. You will manage organic search and generative AI optimisation across multiple client accounts, combining technical implementation with performance analysis and client consultation to drive search visibility and growth.

The role offers hybrid working (four days in the office and one day from home), a salary between £50,000 and £60,000, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing agency managing multiple client SEO accounts.
• Strong knowledge of organic SEO principles, website architecture and on-page optimization.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console for setup, verification and data analysis.
• Technical skills to implement changes using HTML, CSS and WordPress.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical, on-page and content optimisation strategies to improve organic search across generative AI platforms.
• Conduct website audits, analyse competitors and research keywords and search intent to identify opportunities.
• optimise architecture, URLs, metadata and structured content on HTML/CSS and WordPress sites.
• Monitor performance with Google Search Console and GA4 and prepare reports linking search metrics to client outcomes.
• Improve local search visibility via Google Business Profile and local SEO, and plan ethical link-building and digital PR.
• Advise clients on SEO performance and opportunities, presenting results and expanding organic search services.
• Consider PPC and social media activity to support integrated digital visibility.
