Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Senior Software System Setup & Integration Analyst to deliver the WorkForce Software Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) for clients. Hybrid work: 3 days in office and 2 days from home, with UK offices in Milton Keynes, Staines, Bristol or Cheadle.

The role involves configuring software to client requirements, leading requirements gathering, testing, and troubleshooting, while developing consulting, leadership, and product knowledge

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience delivering software implementations
• 3-5 years of programming experience with JavaScript and/or SQL
• Experience implementing or training on packaged software systems
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Configure WorkForce Software Suite according to client requirements using JavaScript/HTML or other scripting tools
• Lead and participate in requirements gathering with the client, creating BRDs, use cases and diagrams
• Understand product configuration requirements and customize templates accordingly
• Identify out-of-scope requirements and escalate to stakeholders as needed
• Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges
• Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance quickly
• Create complex formulas using math and/or programming
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure test cases pass
