Job summary

Cardiff Council in Wales is seeking a full-time temporary Project Officer to join the Service Improvement Team. You will assist the Project Manager by delivering large-scale and complex projects to achieve outcomes, with options for home-working or County Hall and occasional travel around the city.

Strong organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills are essential, including multi-agency collaboration and report writing.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering change within an organisation alongside experience of multi-agency partnership working.
• Experience of providing high-quality reports and documents alongside excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• A relevant qualification would be desirable, but not essential and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing large scale and/or complex projects to facilitate the delivery of required project outcomes.
• Complete high-level intensive project tasks to ensure effective management and performance.
