Job summary

St Monica Trust, a Bristol-based charity, seeks an accomplished Programme Manager to lead major change initiatives across multiple projects. You’ll drive feasibility studies, business cases and benefits realisation while engaging senior leaders and ensuring delivery within tight budgets and timelines.

The role requires strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record in health, social care or not-for-profit sectors being desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading complex projects and organisational change programmes from initiation through benefits realisation.
• Extensive experience managing multiple workstreams, projects or programmes simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of recognised project and change management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Managing Successful Programmes, Prosci).
• Demonstrable experience developing business cases, options appraisals and investment proposals for strategic decisions.
• Highly proficient in project planning, governance, risk management and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of significant organisational change, transformation and business improvement initiatives across a not-for-profit.
• Manage multiple projects or programmes ensuring delivery within cost, quality, scope, time and risk tolerances.
• Develop robust feasibility studies, business cases and investment proposals.
• Maintain auditable records of cost control, benefits realisation and time plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and boards, driving adoption post-change.
