Job summary

St Monica Trust, Bristol-based charity, is seeking a senior Project Change Manager to lead significant organisational change across multiple initiatives. You will oversee planning, governance and benefits realisation, working with senior leaders to deliver outcomes within cost, time and scope.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, financial acumen and experience with recognised methodologies. A hybrid pattern is offered, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading complex projects and organisational change programmes from initiation through benefits realisation.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing priorities and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of project/change methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, MSP, Prosci).
• Demonstrable experience developing business cases, options appraisals and investment proposals.
• Proficient in project planning, governance, risk management, dependencies and benefits tracking.
• Experience working with senior leaders and key stakeholders across an organisation.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive delivery in complex environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgets and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major organisational change and transformation initiatives across a not-for-profit.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring outcomes, benefits and projects stay within cost, time, and scope.
• Engage stakeholders and governance bodies; maintain auditable cost and benefits records.
• Develop integrated plans; ensure cross-reference across projects and post-change BAU.
• Provide problem-solving support across the organisation at various levels.
• Distribute regular progress reports to stakeholders; drive best practice and learning.
