Beach Baker is assisting a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Cardiff to recruit a Senior Project Manager. You will lead public sector projects, work with Grade-A clients, and operate within a large PM team in a modern city-centre office.

Ideal candidates will hold MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or be working towards it. The role offers hybrid working with regular in-office days and site/remote work when appropriate.

Qualifications

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or working towards this qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior project management on public sector projects.
• Collaborate with Grade-A clients and a large multidisciplinary team.
• Manage project values typically ranging between £5m and £20m.
• Support and grow within one of the region's largest PM teams.
