Qualifications

• Proven experience in process engineering within a safety-critical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of process documentation standards, including process overview, flow sheets, and energy balances.
• Familiarity with hazard identification processes and safety standards.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with on-site engagement at AWE 3-4 days per week.
• Security clearance (DV clearance) or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive process engineering deliverables to support hazard identification at feasibility level.
• Engage with project leads to understand expectations and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Deliver process overview reports, basis of design, block diagrams, process flow sheets, mass and energy balances, and detailed process flow diagrams.
