Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd invites applications for a Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) Engineer to work on complex, safety-critical projects within highly regulated environments. The role covers concept to commissioning, with hybrid working options and collaboration with experienced engineers.

You will design EC&I solutions, produce drawings and calculations, coordinate multidisciplinary activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or possess an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of five years' experience within an engineering or technical specialist position.
• Previous experience working within the nuclear sector or another highly regulated industry environment.
• Knowledge of electrical cable sizing and calculation software such as AMTECH ProDesign or comparable packages.
• Experience using AutoCAD and exposure to BIM-enabled project delivery methods would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop EC&I engineering solutions and technical deliverables throughout all project phases, from concept development through to commissioning.
• Produce high-quality electrical, control and instrumentation drawings, calculations and design documentation in accordance with project specifications and engineering standards.
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure designs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate EC&I solutions across wider project activities.
• Support the planning and execution of engineering packages while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
