Job summary

Havas Market Uk Ltd seeks a Senior Ecommerce Executive to support the Ecommerce Manager in delivering high-quality client service across a portfolio of connected commerce clients.

You will contribute to campaign coordination, performance analysis and reporting, helping ensure smooth day-to-day delivery across accounts. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Kings Cross office and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with campaign coordination, reporting or performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Amazon Ads and Amazon retail platforms (Vendor/Seller Central).
• Understanding of retail media and marketplace activity.
• Exposure to PPC and paid social activation.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive and flexible in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Ecommerce Manager and Director in developing ecommerce strategies for clients.
• Contribute to campaign planning, annual planning and ad hoc briefs.
• Build understanding of clients’ businesses, customers and commercial objectives.
• Ensure recommendations are practical, insight-led and aligned with goals.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns with internal activation teams.
• Schedule internal stand-ups and track actions to keep campaigns on schedule and budget.
• Monitor pacing and performance, flagging issues to Ecommerce Manager.
• Assist with post-campaign analyses and actionable insights.
• Develop client innovation and testing roadmaps.
• Own weekly/monthly performance reports and translate data into insights.
