Formación

• Experience as a Business Partner to Operational Managers & Executives.
• Self-starter with ability to establish reporting rhythms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid business acumen in finance and operations.
• Experience in driving and delivering business results.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior financial analysis to enable timely decision making.
• Lead full cycle project accounting support across lifecycle stages.
• Support EAC processes with cross-functional teams and provide leadership updates.
• Apply Earned Value Management techniques to analyze monthly performance and variances.
• Prepare variance analyses and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly financials across contracts and business areas.
• Assess Risks and Opportunities and work with teams on mitigation plans.
• Support standardization of reporting and performance metrics across the team.
