Job summary

General Dynamics United Kingdom Limited in Hastings is seeking a Finance professional to join the Project Finance Team, reporting to the Avionics Senior Project Accountant. You'll handle financial analysis, cost control, forecasts and variance analysis within Air & Naval Projects.

This permanent, hybrid role (3 days in office) offers a salary of 29,700–33,000 GBP with a flexible benefits package and opportunities for accounting qualification progression.

Qualifications

• Finance background and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate with internal customers.
• Experience with Excel and Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and cost control for Air & Naval Projects, incl. forecasts, actuals and variance analysis.
• Forecasting quarterly results and supporting bid activities with costing and pricing.
• Develop close working relationships with programme leads and provide Project Finance Team support.
