WTW is seeking an Employee Relations Lead – Corporate in the UK to lead the Corporate Employee Relations team, guiding strategic and operational ER support across functions. You will partner with senior leaders, HR partners and Legal to ensure compliant, fair outcomes and drive workforce change initiatives.

You will coach the ER Specialists and Advisers, manage workload and escalation for high-risk matters, and contribute to policy development while championing continuous improvement and the use

Formación

• Experience managing a broad range of ER matters in a large, matrixed org.
• Proven ability to lead ER professionals with coaching and development.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and tribunal processes.
• Experience supporting restructures, collective consultation and changes to terms.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and analyze ER data for decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the ER Specialist and Adviser teams to deliver compliant outcomes.
• Act as the primary ER partner for designated business segments and stakeholders.
• Manage capacity and prioritise workload during peak periods.
• Escalate and guide complex investigations and high-risk matters.
• Develop policy, governance and continuous improvement in ER processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and HR to mitigate risk and drive change.
• Prepare documentation for Tribunal claims and regulatory investigations.
