Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking a Design Manager with a Civil Engineering background to lead design for wastewater and water framework projects from outline design through to commissioning. The role involves managing an in-house design team, coordinating multiple disciplines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will maintain client relationships, plan workload, and provide guidance to junior engineers while promoting innovation and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Requires background in Civil Engineering and design leadership.
• Experience with quality standards and H&S responsibilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of an in-house design team.
• Coordinate design solutions at various project stages (outline to commissioning).
• Prepare drawings, reports, specifications and estimates; manage documents.
