Jacobs is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery across complex programmes. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable, and user-focused outcomes in a hybrid working setup between Jacobs offices, client locations in Essex, and home working.

The role emphasizes strong governance, risk management, and the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions, with exposure to SaaS/PaaS

Qualifications

• Experience leading the successful delivery of technology projects, products or services within complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with clients, suppliers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering third-party technology solutions, including SaaS and/or PaaS platforms.
• Strong planning, governance and risk management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies.
• Experience translating business needs into practical, user-centred solutions.
