Job description

At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.

Your impact

About the Opportunity

At Jacobs, we're not just delivering technology solutions, we're helping our clients solve some of the world's most complex challenges. As part of our Data & Digital practice, you'll play a key role in enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making across major infrastructure and transformation programmes that positively impact communities, economies and the environment.

As a global leader in programme management, Jacobs combines deep industry expertise with digital innovation to deliver sustainable outcomes for clients around the world. We're expanding our managed service capabilities and investing in advanced digital platforms that help organisations unlock greater value, improve performance and accelerate transformation.

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about bringing people, technology and business goals together. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of technology change initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders to successfully deliver secure, scalable and user-focused solutions.

This is an opportunity to influence meaningful outcomes, work alongside talented and supportive colleagues, and contribute to projects that help reinvent tomorrow.

We welcome applications from candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with time split between Jacobs offices, client locations in Essex, and home working, helping you achieve a balance that works for you and your team.

Why Jacobs?

At Jacobs, we put people at the heart of everything we do. Through our Culture of Caring, we foster an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work, feel valued for their unique perspectives, and have the opportunity to grow and succeed.

We know that diverse teams create better solutions. That's why we're committed to building an inclusive workplace where differences are celebrated and every voice is heard. Whether you're returning to work, changing careers, living with a disability, or bringing experience from a different industry, we encourage you to apply.

Together, we'll challenge today and reinvent tomorrow.

This version feels more aligned with Jacobs' EVP, Culture of Caring, "We Live Inclusion" value, and current inclusive recruitment approach while reducing some of the more rigid requirement-led language that can discourage diverse applicants from applying.
