Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across water, energy, transportation, and major development sectors. This hybrid UK role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and experience with NEC3/4 frameworks.

You will drive project delivery, shape solutions with strategic thinking, and contribute to bids and proposals while collaborating across a global network.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in engineering environments (water, energy, transportation, or major infrastructure).
• Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, Agile).
• NEC Accreditation or experience with NEC3/4 framework.
• Proactive attitude with ownership of client relationships and growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Strengthen client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across projects.
• Contribute to planning, design phases and business development initiatives.
